Super impressed with the excellent and efficient service received from Duck Apparel. I discovered the size I had ordered was incorrect (a rookie error) but was so thrilled that to return and receive the size that fitted perfectly was a smooth and slick operation. I was also in a rush to receive my new jacket, but this was no problem for Duck Apparel. Here I am wearing my new purchase in Aspen, Colorado. I did have a chuckle when the concierge at a local restaurant remarked to us Saffers, all wearing our puffers, that “Y’all gonna freeze in them packets of feathers ?!“. I'm very excited and happy with my jacket I order one size up normally 36 order a 38 for a loose fit fits perfectly.Its exactly the colour as on the picture.
