Best customer service ever! Jeanriëtte and the team were super helpful, friendly and on it the whole time. In a matter of 2.5 weeks I ordered a My deer classic parka, but the wrong sizes, returned it twice and still got the right one. It’s the small things that count. About the jacket; I love the style. Got so many compliments. I would recommend the reversible my deer classic parka and Duck Apparel to anyone. Super warm, but light in weight. Definitely a happy purchase worth the money. I’m wearing a 32.

I love the design, the fact that it is double sided and most of all the double zipper to open up from the bottom.That is so handy seeing that the parka is form-fitting. The sizing is exactly as advertised. That said, I would consider upsizing next time. The parka is warm enough and very comfortable. Thank you for a great product!
