How Do I Earn Feather Points?

You’ll earn 1 Feather Point for every R10 you spend at Duck Apparel (excluding shipping and discounts).

Can I Redeem My Points for Discounts?

Feather Points unlock exclusive perks and tier-based rewards, but they can’t be exchanged for cash or direct discounts.
Do My Points Expire?

Once you enter a tier, you’ll enjoy its perks for 12 months. If you don’t earn enough points to stay in your current tier during that time, you’ll move to the tier that matches your earned points over the past year.
For example: If you reach Silver status on 1 March 2025, you’ll stay in Silver until 1 March 2026.

When Will My Points Be Added?

Points from purchases are added 45 days after your order, once the return window has closed.
What If I Return an Item?

If you return an item, the Feather Points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.
