There are so many people wearing the well-known South African brand down jackets - I just wanted something different but still have a quality product. I am so please with my new purchase - this different styling plus the detachable hood is a bonus. Beautifully finished. I normally take a size 32 but the size chart indicated that I could take a 30 with my measurements. So pleased I stuck with the standard 32 sizing, as it has a snug fit without being tight, so can also wear a lightweight jersey underneath. Price was excellent - got the summer discount and also an additional 15% off for my first purchase online. Best purchase this year !
I was pleasantly surprised by my purchase! The term "buttery soft" for the material comes to mind. I'm quite lengthy in the limbs (1,73cm tall for reference) so I was happy that the arms are long enough and the bottom of the jacket hits just right. The removable hood is a great touch and it provides excellent warmth. Will definitely be buying more :)
Best jacket and excellent service
Went to Dublin in March 2024, it was cold and wet. The black puffer jacket worked so well with the wardrobe I packed. Everything matched with black, and by adding a different scarf every day changed the look completely. The puffer jacket is such a good fit, warm and stylish and packs like a charm. This is my 4th Duck Apparel puffer and I love them all.

I cannot believe this jacket is so light, but so warm! So versatile: you can dress it up or down! And because it is so thin, you can layer it under a heavier coat, or simply pop it in your handbag when not needed. I’ve worn mine everyday since delivery! Completely obsessed!

Fits perfectly and is a lovely warm jacket
Jacket feels light but still keeps you warm even in windy weather, great for travelling. In regard to sizing I'd go up one size as on the smaller side, had to exchange mine but this was a no fuss process and I received my new jacket quickly & efficiently.

I have a white one that I love but the black one I bought for my daughter and unfortunately the arm length was too short for her ...so I kept it but its a tiny bit small for me but I will make it work it is very warm!

I bought the black lady's puffer size 32. It is true to size and fits well. It has a feminine cut and really looks good. At first, I ordered the size 30 as I used the size guide, but the size is true to my regular size (e.g.Woolies) The team at Duck Apparel were kind enough to exchange within a short time.
Online ordering was easy and very smooth. I ordered the incorrect size and the return procedure was simple and efficient. Correct size received within 2 days of return. The jacket is such good quality and fits so nicely! Love that the hood can be removed. Delighted with my purchase.
