Bought this for my husband, who is tall (1.88m) and lean and usually a size large. I sized up based on other reviews and am glad I did. Sleeve length is fine for him (not too short). Lovely quality and more stylish than your average puffer.

Brilliant customer service. First one was too small - too short in the arms. Return and replacement process was smooth. Replacement fits but if i have a suggestion... make the sleeves a little longer for men. Only just long enough despite the larger size.

Excellent customer service and great product. I am usually a Large, but their sizes run a tad bit smaller. So when I logged my exchange they were quick on the draw and replaced by down within a couple of days, no stress! Product quality is exceptional, far better than the K-W… brand, in my opinion.
