I bought the Ultra Parka in Midnight shortly before I had to depart on a 3 week trip to the USA. We had weather reports that it was going to be cold but I didn’t have space for the coat a usually took with. The Ultra Parka was an absolute hit! Not only was it warm & stylish but it also packed small & weights practically nothing! I consider it money well spent & this will be part of every overseas travel from now on. Recently purchased the coat to take with me on a European river cruise and Prague. I'd been trying to decide what length to buy for months. I finally decided on the longest one DA had, and I was SO thankful that I did. In Prague I was in -6 most days and it was snowing and I was a snug as a bug in a rug! It was like walking around with a sleeping bag on me! Best money I've ever spent!

This is a great buy! It’s super light, has a flattering design and is warm. I especially love that the sleeves aren’t too long and fit right. I often struggle with long sleeves in coats and jackets. I sized up to accommodate bulky jerseys and hoodies, but I don’t think I really needed to .

Used it in Shanghai...6 degrees and raining. It kept me warm and dry. However, after using it for a day or two, I am finding the feathers coming out of the jacket. Can't see it lasting for more than a season which is a pity because it's not cheap.

For real winter the Maxi Coat is perfect,lightweight,compact packable,windproof,layer it with thermals on a really cold day.The black colour looks quite sophisticated.
