In line with the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act, you have the right to cancel your online order within 7 days of receiving it, for any reason.
Notify us in writing at info@duckapparel.co.za within the 7-day period.
After 7 days: Sale and promotional items may only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
Black Friday Sale items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery unless defective please ensure they are unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging.
(return shipping at your cost for non-defective items)
Once your item passes our quality check, we’ll send your replacement. A ZAR 150 courier fee applies for the delivery of your replacement

Sale Items
Sale items that are further discounted through daily deals, flash sales, or similar promotions are final sale and not eligible for exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty. This policy ensures fair and transparent pricing during promotional periods.
Discount stacking
Only one (1) discount can apply to orders. During Black Friday, items are automatically discounted and therefore further discount codes will not be applicable to orders until the Black Friday sale ends.

Our Black Friday deals go live on the 20th of November and run until the 1st of December. VIPs get early access sign up so you don’t miss out.
How big are the discounts?

Will things sell out?
Yes. Popular styles go fast. Cart doesn’t guarantee stock checkout does.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship from South Africa and Australia. Costs and times show at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
We ship fast, but BFCM is busy. Delivery can take up to 10 business days.
What about returns?
Easy returns and exchanges. Our 7 day cooling off period applies as normal.
Wrong size?
No stress you can exchange. Check our Size Guide first to be safe & remember your size can sell out fast over this period.
Can I change/cancel my order?
Once placed, we move fast changes aren’t guaranteed as our support team will be working on many enquiries. Double-check details before checkout.
Will I get tracking?
Yes! You’ll get a link by email/SMS as soon as your order ships. For quick delivery updates, please contact the courier directly or track your order online.
Do you offer gift wrap?
No - but our packaging is already gift-worthy.
